HONORING A HERO: WWII Veteran Witold "Victor" Brick

On Wednesday, March 19, 2025, Chariots of Honor president Herbert Valle had the privilege of standing alongside Virginia Delegates Atoosa Reaser, David Reid, and Fernando Martinez (D-29), Loudoun County Board of Supervisors Chair Phyllis Randall, Vice Chair Michael Turner, Leesburg Supervisor Kristen Umstattd, Algonkian Supervisor Juli Briskman, as well as Commander Ray Delpesche (VFW Post 1177), Darrell Henning, and Jeff Jarkowsky (Educational Enrichment for Young Patriots) to present a Commending Resolution and Proclamation honoring Vic on his 102nd birthday and his military service.
